Every business is different, so there’s no price list. The first call is free. After a paid discovery, you get a fixed quote for the agreed scope, so you know the cost before any building starts.

The quote is fixed for the agreed scope. If the requirements grow significantly (by more than 20%), I’ll talk you through any change to the quote. And we can start small, fixing your biggest time-drain first.

It’s a detailed piece of work: looking at how your business runs, writing a report with recommendations and producing a fixed quote. It’s a small fee, agreed on the free call before anything starts.

It depends on what you need, so I won’t promise a date before discovery. You’ll see working software regularly as it’s built, and AI-assisted development tools help me get it in front of you sooner.

That’s what discovery and the workshops are for. You sign off the requirements before anything is built, then shape it at regular demos as it takes form.

No. I don’t offer general IT support, Microsoft 365 set-up or standalone cyber security services. I focus on bespoke software, automation, websites, and the hosting and support for what I build.

Full support is available, along with hosting and new features when you need them. It’s offered as a monthly support and hosting plan or pay-as-you-go.

Everything I build is documented and runs on standard cloud platforms, so it isn’t locked in my head.

No. I’m based in Nottingham and work remotely with businesses across the UK, using Teams or other video calls. I can meet in person when it’s really needed.
