Free call
A relaxed conversation about your business and what’s slowing it down. No cost, no hard sell. If bespoke software isn’t the answer, I’ll tell you.
Discovery and audit
This is a two-way process. You tell me the problems and sticking points you deal with day to day, and I look at how your business really works: your processes, your systems and where the time goes. Discovery is a paid piece of work at a small fee, which we agree on the free call before anything starts.
Report, recommendations and a fixed quote
You get a written report with clear recommendations and a fixed quote for the agreed scope. Then we can decide together whether to go ahead.
Workshops and requirements sign-off
We run workshops to pin down exactly what the system needs to do, and agree a roadmap. Getting the requirements right matters, so you sign them off before anything is built.
Build, with regular demos
I build in stages and show you working software regularly, so you can see progress and shape it as it takes form. You can be as involved as you like. AI-assisted development tools help me get working software in front of you sooner.
Moving you across
The migration is fully managed. I move your data and processes over to the new system for you.
Launch and ongoing support
Once you’re up and running, full support is available, along with hosting and new features when you need them. It’s offered as a monthly support and hosting plan or pay-as-you-go.
About the quote
The quote is fixed for the agreed scope. If the requirements grow significantly (by more than 20%), I’ll talk you through any change to the quote.
Working together
I work remotely with businesses across the UK, using Teams or other video calls. I’m based in Nottingham, and I can meet in person when it’s really needed. You deal with me directly throughout: no account managers, no hand-offs.
Your data
Hosted on Microsoft Azure in UK data centres, with encryption and regular backups as standard, and built with UK GDPR in mind.
